To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card information.

All orders by check or money order will be sent after receipt of payment.

Delivery Time
During the current 2007 Halloween season, most orders are shipping within 1 to 2 business days from when the order is placed. When the order is placed using special shipping (such as 3 day select, 2nd day, or express), then it goes out by the next day. The product descriptions for Crazy About Costumes may also provide additional information about the estimated time to ship.

Our shipping hubs are located on the East Coast (North Carolina) and West Coast (California) of the United States.

When will I receive my merchandise?
Most orders will ship from our larger North Carolina warehouse. Below is a map of UPS GROUND estimated delivery time from this North Carolina warehouse. Note that this is in business days and doesn't include weekends and holidays.

Shipping Charges and Options

Crazy About Costumes normally uses UPS Ground for shipping. US, Canada, and Mexico shipping charges are quite reasonable, and are calculated automatically in the shopping cart. For shipping to these countries, will see the exact shipping charge before you ever need to enter your credit card number. For other countries, please contact us first before placing the order. Please note that shipping to outside of North America usually runs over $50 and can be as high as $200 to some locations.

$50.01 to $100.00	$8.95 + 0.20 per item

$201.01 to $300.00	$13.95 + 0.20 per item
$300.00+	$14.95 + 0.20 per item

*US Shipping is to the Lower 48 states. For Alaska and Hawaii, the shopping cart will add $10 to the shipping.
*Canada and Mexico, add $10.00 to shipping.

SHIPPING UPGRADE COST
We have recently added new shipping options:
UPS 3 Day Select (+$8)
UPS 2nd Day Air (+$13)
Express Mail - Overnight delivery ($30 flat fee)

It is possible that some costumes (especially larger and/or heavier ones) would require an adjustment to these upgrade charges. We will notify you if that is the case.

We can deliver to APO addresses using US Priority mail (please select Ground) for your shipping.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to the state of Utah (6.00%). If you are a Utah retailer with your own Utah sales tax number, contact us if you are purchasing wholesale.

Returns
Due to health concerns, there are no exchanges on any masks, wigs, hats, make-up or hair spray products.

To exchange or return a costume, you must send an email to returns@crazyaboutcostumes.com within 7 days of receiving your order for your R.G.A. #. We will ONLY accept authorized return requests via email and within 7 days of the delivery date. All items must be unused and in the original packaging, and returned via UPS, Fedex, or U.S. Postal service with delivery confirmation. Strict adherence to this policy is required or your authorization / return will be denied. A $10 or 15% (whichever is greater) restocking/handling fee will be charged on all returns.

October Return Policy Notice:
Absolutely no returns on products ordered during the month of October may be made after the date of October 29th. Items that are to be returned must have an RGA# and be postmarked by the 29th to receive return credit.
